BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Normally to confirm the tour with us, you need to pay us 20-30% of total agreed amount as deposit, and even some times 50% if the heavy airfares are involved in your trip. And the balance you can clear it one week before you depart for your trip. Visit Nepal - Tibet Treks & Expedition (p) Ltd. will process for your Tour arrangements. Please send us your clear scan passport copy by e-mail & details as per below:

How to pay us?

Simply use Bank Telex Transfer. The transfer fee should be paid by booking party. The scan copy of the transfer should be send to us by email.

TOUR CANCELLATION:

There will be cancellation fee of 25% for any cancellation three weeks prior to Tour Departure date, 50% two weeks prior to Tour departure date and no refund thereafter. No, refund for no shows & delay arrivals whatsoever reason.
No refund will be made for any Tour or Trek broken due client's sickness, accident, landslides, early back home, early shorter of Tour or Trek, bad weather, political problem or other factors beyond our control.
