Lhasa - Mt. Kailash & Mansarovar Program/Itinerary :
Day 01 Arrive Lhasa
Arrive Lhasa by train from China side or fly from Kathmandu. Warm welcome by our Tibetan Guide, either train station or Airport as per your suitable destination. Transfer to the Lhasa city at your Tibetan style Hotel. Check in to the Hotel then free afternoon for acclimatization. Evening welcome dinner with Tibetan culture show O/n Hotel.
Day 02 Lhasa Sightseeing Tour
After Breakfast start sightseeing program.Visit world famous Potala Palace and Jorkhang Temple & Barkhor Street.O/n Hotel.
Day 03 Lhasa Sightseeing Tour
Visit Drepung Monastery-the biggest in Tibet (with original accommodation for 7700 monks) and Sera Monastery famous for it's unique debating practice almost available every afternoon.
Day 04 Lhasa - Lhatse
Today start to drive out of Lhasa for your excited Mt. Kailash and Lake Mansarovar journey.Early morning drive 430km to Lhatse via new road through Xigatse and a quick visit to Tashilungpo Monastery where the world highest (33m) gold gilded statue of Future-Buddha Martriya located. O/n local guesthouse.
Day 05 Lhatse - Saga
Today drive 340km to Saga one of the Kailash region. O/n Saga Hotel with private bathroom.
Day 06 Saga - Paryang
Drive 260Km to Paryang o/n. Guest House
Day 07 Paryang - Mansarovar
Today drive 265Km to Mansarovar stay at guesthouse in Hor near the northern shore of Mansarovar.
Day 08 Mansarovar - Chui Gompa
Start a morning pleasant drive around Lake Mansarovar (30km) reaching Chiu Gompa, en-route visit Qiugu Gompa (one of the ancient location where Hinduism's Pooja was practiced), after arrival of Chiu Gompa we will try a holy bath there, o/n guesthouse near Chiu Gompa.
Day 09 Chui Gompa- Tarchen
Drive to Tarchen (Base Camp of Mt. Kailash) ready for the next 3 days trek around Mt. Kailash. o/n Guest House.
Day 10 Tarchen - Diraphuk
Today is the starting day for your excited Kailash Trekking.Trek about 22Km to Diraphuk, O/n guest house or fixed camp.
Day 11 Diraphuk - Zuthulphuk
Today is the second day of Kailash Trek.Trek about 20 Km to Zuthulphuk.Along the way yak and Yak man will support to carry bags and our you will follow our Tibetan guide. Sometime our tibetan driver also do trek on these region if he likes. O/n guest house or fixed camp.
Day 12 Zuthulphuk - Tarchen
Today is the last day of this excited Mt. Kailash Tour.Trek about only 6 km down to the point where our landcruisers will be waiting for us, drive to Tarchen (10km), after lunch continue drive 30 km to Hor. O/n local guesthouse.
Day 13 Tarchen - Paryang
Drive to Paryang. O/n Guest house.
Day 14 Paryang- Saga
Drive to Saga. O/n Saga Hotel.
Day 15 Saga - Nyalam
Drive to Nylam. O/n best available guest house.
Day 16 Nyalam - Kathmandu
Today is the last day of this memorabel adventure Mt. Kailash and Lake Mansarovar Tour. After compelting the custom formalities drive to Friendship Bridge and meet our Nepal side staff, he will help to clear the Nepal custom then continue drive back to Kathmandu.O/n Hotel.
Day 17 Departure
Transfer to Airport for your next destination or can be discuss for further Tour in Nepal.
