Annapurna Base Camp Trekking Program Day 01 Welcome to Kathmandu Upon arrival in Kathmandu, meet our representative at the airport and transfer to hotel. Short Briefing of your Tour. Check in to the Hotel. Rest for free Afternoon.O/n at Hotel.
Day 02 Kathmandu After Breakfast sightseeing Tour to Shyambhunath Stupa, Where you can see a lots of monkeys & beautiful view of Kathmandu Valley.This old stupa called by Monkey Temple as well. Bouddhanath Stupa, second biggest Stupa in the world & Pashupatinath Temple, famous Hindus Temple. In the afternoon prepare for Trekking. O/n at Hotel.
Day 03 Kathmandu - Pokhara(910m) AfterBreakfast 6 hrs Drive to Pokhara about 200km by Tourist Bus through good scenery of River and countryside. Check in to the Hotel. Free afternoon on your own. Take a walk around Lakeside or you can do boating at fewa lake. O/n Hotel. (You can fly to Pokhara takes 25 minutes Flight)
Day 04 Pokhara - Tirkhe Dhunga After Breakfast an hour drive to Nayapul (50km). Then start your Trek about 20 minutes to Birethati, a prosperous town beside the Modi River. Again heading your Trek to hille, then Trek to a large Magar Village called Ulleri. After Ulleri the trail crosses a stream and then ascends a steeps. This day you will Trek about 3-4hrs. Day 05 Tirkhe Dhunga - Ghorepani After Breakfast start your Trek crosses a stream (Bhurungdi Khola) on a suspension bridge, Above the village where the trail climbs gently through pastures and cultivated fields, through rhododendron and oak forests then reach to Nangethanti. You can have lunch or short rest. Again Trek to Ghorepani through the forest. This day you will trek about 5-6 hrs. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 06 Ghorepani - Poon Hill (3195m) - Tadapani Wake up early morning then at 4am an hour hike to Poonhill (3195m) with the help of your stick & flash light. Where you can enjoy with Panoramic Mountain Views & beautiful Sunrise View from your Eye lavel. Then after an hour Trek down to Poonhill and have Breakfast then start your 6 hrs Trek to Tadapani. Tadapani means,Far water. Water supply in this village from long distance.The trail climbs along ridges and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali. We descend to reach Banthanti, before winding our way to Tadapani. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 07 Tadapani - Chhomrung The trail drops down from Tadapani, through dense rhododendron forest. From Ghandrung there are good views of the upper Modi valley. The route starts the long ascent high above the west bank of the Modi Khola, and continues up to the village of Chhomrung (2040m.) Towering above the village is the mighty peak of Annapurna South, with the Fishtail facing it across the valley. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 08 Chhomrung - Himalaya Hotel We walk through the forest to Kuldi Ghar , before the route goes steeply down a bank of rock and then levels out, running through riverside bamboo thickets along the base of the gorge. Then the track winds steeply up through deep bamboo and rhododendron forest to the village of Doban. We camp above Himalaya Hotel (2680m.). O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 09 Annapurna South Glacier Basin The track remains on the west bank of the Modi, now flowing through a more open valley, and eventually emerges into the Sanctuary. Straight ahead is the high lateral moraine of the South Annapurna glacier and the Modi follows a deep cliff to the right. This is the site of Machhapuchhre base camp (3480m) from which can be seen a spectacular panorama of mountains. We either camp here or continue north west, staying above the glacial moraine. Day 10 Annapurna South Base Camp Visit - Dovan The route begins on a broad grassy path, before climbing over lateral moraine and down to the beautiful ablation valley. We soon reach the British Expedition Annapurna South Face Base Camp (4234m.) The best views are probably obtained from the crest of the moraine,which we follow until it is cut through by the glacier flowing down from Himal Chuli to the north. Descend and follow the same route to a pleasant camp spot at Dovan, which lies on the boundary of the Sanctuary. ! O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 11 Dovan - Jhinu Dada The trail passes the small village of Khuldi Bikas, before continuing through rhododendron and bamboo fields to the Alpine-style village. 5 hrs trek to Jhinu Dada. Enjoy the HOT SPRING! O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 12 Jhinu Dada - Pothana After an easy descent 5 hrs Trek to the Gurung village of Landrung, the trail crosses a pass before arriving at the tiny village of POTHANA, perched high on a ridge. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 13 Pothana - Pokhara It's a 2hrs climb down to Phedi, where we meet the road and 1 hr drive back to Pokhara. Sadly this is the last day of your Annapurna Base Camp Trek, return to Pokhara. O/n Hotel.
Day 14 Pokhara Free day on your own explore Pokhara. O/n hotel
Day 15 Pokhara - Kathmandu After Breakfast Drive back to Kathamndu by Tourist Bus takes 6hrs drive. O/n Hotel.
Day 16 Kathmandu Free day on your own shopping or customize for your City Tour O/n Hotel.
Day 17 Departure Drive to Airport for your Final Departure.
Trekking Precautions: The following precautions are helpful to minimize the risk of accidents which might occur while trekking in remote areas:
1. Do not trek alone. If possible, join other trekkers on the trail. 2. Do not pick up a porter or a guide off the street. They may not be reliable. 3. Try to avoid walking after nightfall in remote areas. 4. Keep your passport always with you, for it may be required any time and anywhere. 5. Register at all police and immigration check posts along the trail. If possible, register your trekking destinations and schedule at your embassy. 6. Report your problems to the nearest police of immigrations posts. When you return to Kathmandu, report also to your trekking agency as well as to the police and the Ministry of Tourism. 7. For safe trekking, join any of the reputed trekking agencies in town.

Food & Accommodation Lodge Trek we provide Trekkers lodge as accommodation which is normally simple, neat & clean. We provide your meals as simple Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at Trekkers Restaurant.And Camping Trek You are accomodated in tents whilst on trek. We usually camp near village. We have our own cook team who will do all the cooking on trek. This also ensures that we have good control over hygiene.
Experience Required The Annapurna Base Camp Trek is suitable for keen walkers who are able to walk for 7 - 8 hours in a day, with a light rucksack. Some of the days are quite long, and the walking feels more strenuous at altitude. Generally the trail is a good track, but occasionally it will be uneven and rocky.
