How to enter Bhutan?
Bhutan is well connected to the outside world through Druk Air (Royal Bhutanese Airlines), the national carrier which is the only airline operating flights in and out of the kingdom. The country's only airport is situated at Paro. Two flights a week from Kathmandu (Nepal).

How to Get Bhutan Visa?
VISIT NEPAL-TIBET TREKS arranges Visas and Entry Permits. We need to have your tour confirmation and your passport details (Name, Sex, Nationality, Date of Birth, Passport Number, Occupation).

What is the best season in Bhutan?
Spring and autumn are considered to be the best seasons. Spring starts from April through June and autumn from September through November.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is recommended.
What medicine I should bring for altitude?
In addition to the normal medications for traveling recommended by your doctor, you should bring some thing to prevent symptoms of acute mountain sickness. Take time to acclimatize, drink lots of water and bring purification tablets. People suffering from heart, lung and kidney diseases should consult a physician before traveling to Tibet.

What should I bring in Bhutan?
Sunglass, Sunhat, necessary cream for skin, Good walking shoes, sleepers, warm enough clothes, Books to read, Nice & easy light pack.

Dos & Don'ts in Bhutan!
Do not smoke, drink alcohol or make unnecessary noise in monasteries.
Do not touch, walk over or sit on any religious texts, objects or prayer flags in monasteries.
Do not kill or because anything to be killed in monasteries not be intrusive when photographing monasteries especially when people are performing religious ceremonies.
Always ask for permission.
Do not try to harm vultures, and yaks and sheep wearing red, yellow or green cloth.
Do not step on the threshold when entering a Tibetan house.
Do not spit before somebody.
Don't put trash in the fire.
Do not engage in public displays of affection.
Do not wear shorts!
